Any part you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the *original packaging.
Replacement request will be processed within 20 days from the time we receive your returned product.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept ‘bill recipient’
Exchange Customer should:
- Inspect product
- Product must be in original condition
- Customer needs to use *sturdy packaging if not in original package”
- Need to include the Original Shipping slip
- Any order discrepancy must be reported
- Damaged internet container must be reported to currier (report)
- Replacements will be shipped upon review
